Lab Setup and Shipping Information for Patrons
Jane Beaudrot is the contact for the lab if you run into any problems while you are onsite. She can

All lab equipment needs to arrive at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) no later than
Thursday, May 3, 2012. The lab will be open normal business hours for equipment set up on Thurs
and Fri 8-5pm. CT scans will be done the friday afternoon right across the hallway from the lab.
Alkis Psaltis, Dr. Schlosser's fellow, will be around to assist with set up and station assignment.
On Friday, IGS company representatives will unpackage and assemble the IGS systems and wheel them
across the parking lot to the lab in the Rutledge Tower Annex building.
The lab will be finished Sat at 5pm, you can have equipment picked up at your convenience any time
after that. Most companies take it back to loading docks and have a Mon pickup.
