Refund Policy

The following is the refund/cancellation policy for all registered attendees of the 2008 Southern States Rhinology Course:

Please notify the Executive Office about all cancellations by March 1, 2008. Cancellations for the program will be refunded less  a $100 administration fee. There will be no refunds issued after March 1, 2008.

Refund policy for all registered exhibitors of SSRF conferences or meetings is as follows:

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to meeting – 50% refund

Cancellation 29 days or less before meeting - No refund
