As a speaker, you are a the most critical element of our plans for the Southern States Rhinology Course. Our accreditation, funding and attendance are all hinged on you. Please take the time to complete the following forms and requests by the posted deadlines.

Please take note of the following evaluation that will completed by the attendees at the end of the meeting. The compiled evaluation results will be submitted, as required, to our accredited Joint Sponsor and will be used to plan the next year's meeting.
