If you are shipping equipment for use at the laboratory portion of the course, please click here for lab shipment and equipment setup procedures.

Shipping Charges

Boxes or freight will require a $5.00 per box handling fee.

Exhibits and larger boxes (over 50 lbs.) will incur an additional fee (minimum of $25.00 per piece)

There will be a 20% handling fee for all outgoing freight shipped through the Conference Services Offices. 

Exhibitor AV/Electrical Requests

Additional charges will apply for special lighting, audio-visual equipment, additional electrical, Internet or other requests. Each exhibitor must complete a standard Exhibitor Resort Order Form.
