the 2008 Policies (below) as a planning guideline.

Setup Procedures
All lab equipment needs to arrive at MUSC no
later than Thursday, April 10, 2008. Lab setup will occur on Friday,
April 11, 2008.

Large crates will
be stored on the first floor in this building until Friday.
On Friday, IGS
company (BrainLab, Medtronic, and GE) representatives will unpackage and
assemble the IGS systems and wheel them across the parking lot to the lab in
the Rutledge Tower Annex building. IGS representatives must also scan heads
on the Xoran scanner on Friday afternoon so that we will be ready for the
lab on Saturday morning.

There will be some
limited hallway space right outside of the lab. In addition, there will be
limited storage space available in the conference room across the hallway
beginning on Friday. Please note, the xCAT will also be in the conference
room and we must be able to access it.
